Property Showings
Botway agents do not steer clients toward or away from any neighborhood, building, or property based on a protected characteristic or the perceived demographic composition of an area. You will be shown properties that match your stated criteria - nothing more, nothing less.
Advertising
All Botway property listings and marketing materials are reviewed for fair housing compliance before publication. We do not use language, imagery, or digital advertising targeting that steers, excludes, or signals preferences based on any protected class.
Rental Applications
Rental applications are evaluated under a uniform qualification framework using objective financial and contractual criteria only. Protected characteristics play no role in application evaluation or leasing decisions.
Internal Standards
Violations of Botway's fair housing policy by any affiliated agent or staff member are grounds for immediate remedial action, up to and including termination of affiliation.
