What does Botway do for homeowners?
Botway is a licensed brokerage in New York and Connecticut, and we use AI to do the work. For owners, we keep one record of your property. The money, the value, the systems, the dates. Every month we tell you what needs attention and answer your questions. When you say yes, we get quotes and do the legwork.
How does Botway learn about my property?
Start with the address. In New York City we pull the assessment from city records. Then send us the paperwork. Upload or email a policy, a mortgage statement or a tax bill, and we read the numbers for you to check. A photo of the label on the water heater or boiler works too.
Is my information private?
Your record is yours. Files stay private and never get sent anywhere. We only contact an insurer, lender or contractor after you pick who and tick exactly what we can share. We keep a record of what you agreed to.
Does Botway sell insurance or loans?
No. We are not an insurance agent, a lender or a mortgage broker. We compare the quotes you have, get more when you ask, and tell you which is cheaper and what it gives up. Without two comparable quotes, we tell you we can't say yet.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Botway’s owner tools are free.
