Can I reject all best-and-final offers and keep marketing?

Yes - you are never legally bound to accept any offer in New York until a contract is fully executed. If no bid meets your walk-away number, you can reject all submissions and continue marketing. However, be realistic: if multiple informed buyers all bid below your expectations, the market is telling you something about your pricing. Use the bid data as intelligence to recalibrate, not just as a reason to hold out longer.
