How often should I follow up with all parties during the closing process?
Weekly at minimum - more often as the closing date approaches. Assign your broker or attorney to check in every Monday with the buyer's attorney, lender, and managing agent. Most delays are not caused by impossible obstacles but by competing priorities - your transaction sits in a queue until someone pushes it forward. Consistent follow-up keeps your deal at the top of every party's stack.
