Should I delay my sale until scaffolding is removed?

If removal is expected within 3-6 months, yes - waiting typically produces a better net outcome than selling at a scaffolding discount. Buyers perceive scaffolding as uncertainty about future costs, even when assessments are already fully levied and funded. The visual impact on curb appeal also suppresses buyer enthusiasm during showings. If removal is 12+ months out, price accordingly and sell now rather than accumulating carrying costs.
