Agency Disclosure
Agency disclosure is the required disclosure of the real-estate agent's brokerage relationship (for example, representing seller, buyer, or both as a form of dual agency) and the associated duties described by state law. In New York State, Real Property Law § 443 prescribes disclosure form content and mechanics for buyer-seller and landlord-tenant contexts.
