Co-Brokering
Co-brokering is the practice of cooperating brokerage firms (and their agents) sharing listing information and participating in a transaction to connect a property with a buyer/tenant, typically governed by brokerage agreements and platform rules. It is especially relevant in NYC markets where listing data is shared via broker networks rather than a single traditional MLS for all inventory.
