Offering Memorandum (OM)
An offering memorandum is a marketing package describing a property offering (sale or lease) and summarizing key terms, property facts, and supporting documents (often including rent rolls and selected due diligence items). The OM is informational and does not itself transfer rights; binding terms arise only through executed contracts or leases.
