NYC-RPT Electronic Tax Packet
NYC DOF describes that RPTT returns must be submitted electronically using ACRIS (including transfers in Staten Island, where an additional paper filing is also required). NYC further requires that all documents related to a single transaction be submitted consistently (all electronic or all paper).
