How is the result calculated?
Renewal revenue is the proposed renewal rent as a daily rate across the horizon. Turnover revenue is the entered re-rent amount as a daily rate across the horizon less the vacant days, minus the eight entered turnover cost lines. Break-even solves those two for equality. Days use the same 365.25 divided by 12 average month as the vacancy cost calculator. The current rent is recorded for context and does not enter the arithmetic.
