How do I handle artificial urgency from a buyer's agent?

Recognize it as a tactic and respond with calm process discipline. Buyer agents manufacture urgency - "they have another property they're about to bid on" or "this offer expires tonight" - to pressure you into concessions without full analysis. Refer to your pre-set decision model. If the offer meets your criteria, accept on your terms. If it does not, counter analytically. Never let someone else's manufactured timeline override your financial logic.
