How do I pre-screen buyers before scheduling showings?

Have your broker verify three things before any showing: financial qualification against your building's specific thresholds, compatibility with board culture (income type, residency intent, employment stability), and genuine purchase timeline. Ask for a pre-approval letter and a brief financial summary upfront. Every showing to an unqualified buyer is time wasted and a missed opportunity to show to someone who can actually close.
