How do I show vacant land to prospective buyers?

Use drone photography and video to show topography, tree coverage, views, road access, and neighboring properties from above. Mark property corners with visible stakes or flags. Prepare a conceptual site plan showing where a home could be positioned relative to setbacks, septic area, well location, and driveway access. Clear walking paths if the property is heavily wooded. Buyers need to visualize buildability - make that as easy as possible.
