Should I sell my home off-market as a pocket listing?

Pocket listings sacrifice maximum exposure for privacy and discretion. They work best for ultra-luxury properties, celebrity sellers, or sensitive situations where public marketing creates complications. However, limiting exposure means fewer competing buyers and less competitive pressure, which typically results in lower final sale prices. For most sellers, full public marketing with professional packaging generates significantly more interest, stronger offers, and higher net proceeds.
