Environmental Assessment Form (EAF)
The EAF is the standardized form used in New York's SEQRA process to document the proposed action and evaluate potential environmental impacts as part of significance determination. SEQRA filing and referral procedures reference EAFs as part of the "full statement" submitted for review and referral in various planning and zoning contexts.
