Environmental Notice Bulletin (ENB)
The ENB is the publication channel used for certain SEQRA notices, including Type I negative declarations, conditioned negative declarations, positive declarations, and notices of EIS completion, as prescribed by SEQRA regulations. SEQRA regulations specify ENB publication requirements and submission by the lead agency.
