How do I write an effective listing description?

Lead with the single most compelling, differentiating fact about your property - not generic "welcome to this stunning apartment" language. Be specific: name materials, appliance brands, exact dimensions, transit lines, and school zones. Disclose all financial details upfront - maintenance, flip tax, assessments - so nothing can be weaponized during negotiation. Every positive fact documented in your listing becomes a defensive asset against re-trade attempts.
