When the buyer's attorney raises an issue during review - a pending assessment, a building violation, a roof replacement - your attorney can respond: "That information was included in the diligence package provided on day one." This eliminates the buyer's ability to claim surprise and renegotiate. The offer price already reflects disclosed conditions, so post-contract price reduction attempts have no factual basis.
