When should I deliver the due diligence package to the buyer?

Within 24 hours of offer acceptance - before the buyer's attorney begins their own investigation. Preemptive delivery compresses the attorney review timeline because the buyer's counsel has everything immediately, creates a transparency dynamic that discourages adversarial review tactics, and establishes that any issues found were already known and priced into the deal from the start.
