What time and day works best for open houses in NYC?

Sunday 11am-1pm is the standard primary window, with Saturday 12pm-2pm as secondary. Avoid holiday weekends and the first weekend of a new month (when many buyers are focused on moving logistics). In Manhattan, midweek evening showings (Tuesday/Wednesday 5:30-7pm) can capture finance professionals who work weekends. Compress your open house window to 90 minutes maximum to create overlap and visible buyer density.
